HOW TO CONVERT TO MP3

What are you guys using to convert your songs to MP3 format? Are there any free downloadable convertors or do I have to purchase? Thanks, naman

There are a few of options: 1) Get the Digidesign MP3 option. You can buy it online and use it tonite and it's cheap. It adds an option in the "Bounce To Disk" function so in addition to bouncing to standard SDII files, you can bounce to MP3 instead. This is what I use most often. 2) Sound Jam is not only a cool MP3 player but excellent batch converter and will convert most audio files (including SDII) to MP3. 3) there are also a bunch of shareware converters out there as well which you can checkout. MPecker comes to mind. -Dave!

You could search the net for a program called Soundapp-PPC, it's free, and it can covert sound files to and from many different formats not just mp3.....I think if you search the DUC you will find a few links to the download. Nevathaless, the digi mp3 converter is cheap and downloadable and you can bounce your session directly into mp3, very handy,....which is why I bought it! //NW
