If you mean the plugin to name MIDI notes in the MIDI editor, that thing is ancient. You can now choose file/load note name and file/save note names from the MIDI editor directly.

and you can double right mouse click to name the note via the left hand vertical keyboard too :) would love to have that in the inline editor too.
