I have a track recorded in key of E I have a vocal for that same track recorded in key of F. I want to use F vocal in the E session... Can Reaper slow down the F vocal til it sounds in E...or re-pitch it so it sounds natural? Thanks Ed

Look for the plugin reapitch in your fx folder and Adjust the semitone knob. Or double click the item and change the pitch in the window that pops up. Or you can pitch things on the fly through an action. I mapped my pitch actions to the left and right arrow keys. Or use reatune.

Thanks....I tried ReaPitch and ReaTune...but they don't really sound natural... I thought maybe I could slow down the vocal, and speed up the backing, something like that to match them up... But I guess this whole thing isn't a very practical idea.

Precisely. It can be difficult to keep a sound natural when doing something as drastic as pitch shifting. Usually I find myself looking for vocals in key. Unless I'm doing the cliche high pitched vocals

On item properties, have you tried to change the algorithm to "soloist"? 2.28 or the latest if you're using v5. And also try to checked the "optimize for tonal content" box.

Also try the ReaPitch plugin. Drop the Shift (full range) of the 'F' vocal track down by 1 semitone then increase the Formant Shift (full) up by one semitone (or maybe slightly less). This will give a more natural result
