unable to create DAE deck

I had the same problem, long story told short the digi pc001 card is not being seen by your computer. A. try reseating the card B. if that don't work call tech support, what solved my problem was I had to have the card replaced. This has happened to a few other people. It seems to be a rare problem. I don't know if some bad card were shipped or what but digi never admitted to anything. So if there is or was a problem they are not saying. Again try reseating the card if that don't work call tech support see if they know what is going on. If not it maybe the card. Good luck and keep me posted, I would really like to know what the problem is if it is the card. Any answer Digi ? (my only problem with you guys is you still never gave me an answer!) yo toecat - thanks for the quick response - here's where I am with it: tried reseating the card a couple times, first in a new slot then back in the old one & my system profiler still can't see it - so heads up digi support, I'll be coming @ you Tuesday. I'm telling you now this glitch has seriously messed with my recording schedule & I need it made right ASAP, dig? I'll add that the system's been working smoothly for about 2 MONTHS & I've not added any weird hardware or software since I installed ProTools LE, OMS & hooked up my Glyph drive - so what's up?!?

Also check the search under can't find a dae deck. Someone had the same problem and was able to correct it. I beleave it was a software problem or something so check it out. If it is not that it mus be the card. Do me a favor and let me know what digi tells you. It seems after my problem they don't like to answer the question what could have cause this problem. I just wish they would address it, cuz I would hate to have it again after the warranty runs out.
