MBox - Maximum Audio Tracks for Playback 32?

I know Pro-Tools LE advertises 32 tracks, but if the MBox is USB 1.1, I can't imagine how it would be able to playback 32 tracks of audio...or does it? I'm confused. Thanks! Mark

The 32 tracks are played back, mixed, and effects applied inside the host CPU. Only a stereo stream is sent via USB 1.1 to the MBox. Mike
