Synchronic Disc Problem??

I just purchased PT LE 7 update and when I put the Synchronic disc in the drive, my system crashes. I'm using an AMD processor with XP Pro. Any ideas? Also, has anyone figure out how to use PT without having to disconnect a LAN (cable modem)? Thanks

Actually i had a problems with loading syncronic, it made my machine freak out too... I didn't feel like trying to figure it out so i never installed it...I just use Recycle and Ableton...I'm on an AMD Athlon 64 3400...interesting... jeff
