Deactivate FX for empty or silent tracks.

Add deactivate FX for empty or silent tracks option (FX processing for sound only, but not for empty or silent parts of the tracks). Please.

I don't understand this, could you give a little more detail? An empty track with FX can still function as a group/fx buss through routing.

If its no sound in output of the track - effect processing of the track is off. If sound is present, FX processing is on. Samplitude has similar feature.
