Whenever I use reason with my 001 selected as the audio output, there is all sorts of clicks, pops, and distortion.. When I play thru the internal soundcard, it sounds fine although I no longer have midi input thru the 001. On some patches it takes several notes before the sound starts to break up, while on others, holding a single note is enough to cause chaos. When I checked the Propellerhead site, the only cause they mention is inferior soundcards. Any suggestions?

There'a a ton of info on this already in this forum. But what you need to do is to download the asio driver from the steinberg website, and install the driver, it goes automaticly into the reason audio drivers folder. Do a search and you'll find the direct link. (or go to the steinberg website and hunt) hope that help
