Purchase Advice

Hello REAPER community, I am considering the purchase of an M-AUDIO ProjectMix I/O Control Surface / Audio Interface, and I only use 64-bit REAPER as my DAW on Windows 7. Before I make my final decision to buy it, I'd like to know what experience others have had with REAPER and this device. Is it compatible, and will it work well with my system?

I have been searching forums for anyone using the M-audio Project Mix I/O with Reaper, and no luck. I note that the M-audio website has info on how to get Reaper to talk to Project Mix, so someone is doing it. Anyone?
