JSFX Interprocess/Interplugin Communication

I am going to see if I can make an auto-gain-leveling plugin in JSFX, that is similar to this : In order for this to work -- I need to communicate the track db level from one jsfx plugin, to a second, seperate jsfx plugin. Is there an example I can look at of a plugin that does this, or is this even possible with jsfx? Cheers
