lockable mutes

It would be nice to be able to select a bunch of tracks, right click the mute button and choose a new option called "lock mute(s)". This would allow us to lock tracks we don't use much or have stemmed of and hidden to stay muted even if you use the "unmute all" option. I'm sure you guys can think of other uses too, it seems to me to be a nice additional and professional option to add to Reapers arsenal. What do you guys think? It could be a handy option along side a solo ignore option to allow headphone tracks to not be muted when soloing other tracks so when you solo whilst recording (to listen to say the singer) the musicians will still be able to hear themselves through the headphone mixes created via sends. If enough people show interest I will put it in the votable feature request section :)
