How do add predelay to a buss? \_o.O_/

Seems like a strange question to me but I gotta ask it. Scenario: Nebula programs(Reverbs) don't have a predelay built in so there are phase issues. Is there a plug in or way to add predelay (or delay, or unPDC, or however you think of it) to a bus? Something that's easily adjustable in samples or milliseconds? Any help or thoughts you guys have is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
