The Edge: Yes, I thats what I tried. If you could take a look at it and see exactly what to do, I'd appreciate it, because I don't see anything that would change the timing. Oddyseus: I cannot load the .srt back into SubRip...
this is cause u didn't save as a srt file in the 1st place. I had it a while ago and from there on I am saving always in the requested and in srt formats. Subadjust 156 opens a lot of files including srt and ssa and has an option of adjusting the time offset
I'm in work at the moment so I cant't doublecheck. You add the 4min to the first entry and then you can apply this change to the remaining entries. Another way, maybe, is if you plan on using VirtualDubMod when adding the srt you can add a delay. Add a 4min here. Give oddyseus's idea a shot. Edge

What do you mean I didn't save it as .srt in the first place? I loaded the .ifo into SubRip and when I was done, I saved it as .srt. I tried subadjust as well. I tried every option I could, but I still couldn't get it to readjust the timing. Nealhon
Sorry for the delay but u know how things can go the other way sudenly. I don't seem to locate your problem. I just copied the text u supplied pasted it in a txt file that I named test.srt and used subrip to open it. All went smoothly and it opened up smoothly. I corrected the timecode by subtracting 4 mins of them and finally exported it as a son file and imported it to Maestro. No prob at all. Do u click the txt window at subrip and use the open command?
