Great product. Agree with previous posts, we had some spots of weirdness for a while but they all seem to be resolved now. It has improved my workflow greatly. Hard to beat for the price. -ScottyD

cant remember having to use firmware upgrades for mine, its been rock solid since I got it running 6 months ago
