Don't have direct experience with mid or late production 200's but the vacuum accuator L appears to be similar to a vac advance on a distributor. Based on that alone I would agree that the module it is attached to is the ignition electronics module, and that it is providing vacuum feedback for ignition timing. In that case, it should ultimately be tracable to a small bore vacuum port on the intake manifold, but may pass through t pieces etc to get there. Similarly, if the fuel pressure reg is vacuum dependant,the vacuum line would trace back to a similar port, possibly via the same t piece. From general experience, I suspect that the oxy sensor would be correct.
