You might not be exactly 'fat and happy' with Logic Pro. The delay compensation doesn't always work right, the user interface is pathetic, Logic's concept of how the mixer, sends, aux and buses should work is, to be blunt, trash, if you try to use Reason via ReWire on Logic, you'll go nuts just trying to set it up, audio editing is crude and non-intuitive, it doesn't really use a Quad effectively,... I could go on. And it does crash from time to time. I switched to Logic Pro, though I'll probably get PTLE again one of these days. In many ways, I'd say Logic Pro is junk - but they give you so much junk for the price, and your choices for audio interfaces are wide open.
